Week and Catherine Leroy

This week of january was into the full of swings and I am so satisfied .
Incredible !!
I saw my big friend catherine leroy  close to Alma marceau ( www.academiecatherineleroy.com ).
I had a global massage and it was so fruitful for the brain and the body as well , a fair balance between the two .

She is the boss into that field and I don't know anything better , really .

The massage is at the frontier between communication , medical and well-being .
My back is without pain now , my mind so clear and my body without toxins .

Thanks to god !!

I think I am wearing too many bags and sometimes I have pains in my back .
I should relax more .

The target is to boost the energies and as I have a lot of goals this year , it allows to start off in a positive way .

I felt elated !!

Go for it , girls , I was close to heaven !!

It is the skincare of 2016 .

 Cette semaine de janvier a été très productive , je suis ravie .
Et le week-end s'annonce incroyable , j'ai vu ma copine Catherine Leroy hier chez elle ,6 rue de tremoille près de alma marceau pour un massage global .

Je pense que c'est elle la tête  dans ce domaine , rien à dire là-dessus .
Le massage est à la frontière de la communication , du médical et du bien-être .
Je plane en ce jour !!
Mon dos est sans douleur , mon esprit très clair ( elle joue sur la lithothérapie avec les agates et l'aventurine ) , mon corps détoxifié .
Alléluia !!
Le but est de faire circuler les énergies et d'apaiser les douleurs ( j'ai parfois mal au dos , je porte trop de sacs je crois ) .
J'ai passé deux heures de cocooning en oubliant le vacarme urbain : comme vous le savez , j'ai pas mal de projets pour 2016 et le fait de profiter de ce massage permet de bien démarrer l'année .
J'ai fini le soin par de l'eau à la rose , Catherine le surnomme l'élixir céleste !!

Oui , vraiment , hier , je touchais les cieux .
