So the  nostalgy of the return was softened  , but  ...

I start with my morning  ,  delicious  with a  brunch served on our  terrace overlooking the sea  , is there something better?

 

The spa was in the afternoon  , I am going to write an  article , so in the morning we were walking an hour close to the sea  , the air was refreshing  and we had friends in an house close so we were chatting as well  .

I am so sociable ...

 The hotel was incredible  , we spent a lot of time in the spa  , I adored reading  , my book  Dernière Liberté sur www.desmotsquitrottent.fr and another which is  brilliant " La conversation " d' Alexandre Arditti At  presses Littéraires , where there is this quote  " La vie est courte , on ne perd pas son temps ...

 

In short : don't waste your time !

Voici mon journal de bord promis ...

 

Je commence par ma matinée ,  délicieuse avec un brunch servis sur notre terrasse qui surplombait la mer , quoi de mieux ?

 

Les soins étaient l'après midi , je vais y consacrer un article , donc le matin nous marchions une heure près de la mer , plein d'iode à volonté et nous avions des amis qui étaient dans une maison proche donc on papotait .

La matinée passait vite ...

 

L'hôtel était incroyable , donc on y a passé beaucoup de temps avec les soins , j'adorais bouquiner , mon livre Dernière Liberté sur www.desmotsquitrottent.fr et aussi un livre brillant " La conversation " d' Alexandre Arditti Aux presses Littéraires , où il y a cette phrase " La vie est courte , on ne perd pas son temps ...

Yesterday I spent a very nice  moment with one of my readers  , a nice summer sunday  , and of course the lovely  terracee of  Pasco restaurant , a  super address .

I love this spot .

 

So  , we are going on holidays again and I am proud of  announcing a very  important collaboration with  Theil Paris , somewhat an  ambassador writer   ,I bring along their  mini bag which is  ...

 

Incredible !

 

On going back , I will do a diary on their use  , I  adore bags  , so stylish  , patience ...

 

And books  , again books  , Mine  Dernière Liberté on  www.desmotsquitrottent;fr and  Fnac and a beautiful one  " On ne fait pas l'amour , c'est l'amour qui nous fait " at publisher   Courrier du Livre , on an   ideal and a  philosophy on  what drives  humans .

 

The book is  philosophical  et profound .

 

 

Here we go  , some  spa , again   spa , and after  la Baule !

Hier , j'ai passé un bon moment avec une de mes lectrices , un joli dimanche d'été , d'ailleurs je vous recommande la belle terrasse de Pasco restaurant , une super adresse .

 

Donc , nous repartons et je suis fière d'annoncer une très importante collaboration avec Theil Paris , un peu une ambassadrice écrivain , j'emmène leur sac mini qui est ...

 

Incroyable !

 

A mon retour , je ferai un journal de bord de mon utilisation , moi qui adore les sacs , du très haut de gamme , patience ...

 

Et des livres , encore des livres , le mien Dernière Liberté sur www.desmotsquitrottent;fr et Fnac et un très beau " On ne fait pas l'amour , c'est l'amour qui nous fait " aux éditions du Courrier du Livre , sur un idéal et une philosophie de ce qui nous anime nous les humains .

Voilà , nous revenons vite , du spa , encore du spa , et puis un séjour après à la Baule !

Another one  !

 

Well , I don't unpack now  ...

 

I had discovered the wonderful  masks Kneipp , we will be on a spa trip but in the evening  , I appreciate having a nice time with their  relaxing and moisturizing side  , I have a massage with their  serum  Rivadouce which is a miracle  and in the morning I have a super pulpy skin !!

 

Between two skincares I will moisturize myself with  juices  Carrefour full of vitamins , you all know that I appreciate the day  press at  Beach parisienne , a super  moment , the brand is  attentive to his  nutriscore , and it is all healthy .

 

I already mentioned it  , quality is superior to quantity ... Minimalism .

 

We continue the list tomorrow  ?

Elle est un peu plus lourde , en fait je ne la défais même plus ...

 

Je suis ravie d'avoir découvert les masques Kneipp , nous serons en thalassothérapie mais le soir , j'apprécie d'avoir du temps libre avec leur côté très relaxant et décontractant , je masse avec le sérum incroyable Rivadouce et le matin , j'ai une peau super pulpy !!

 

Entre deux soins , je m'hydrate avec les jus multi vitaminés Carrefour dont j'ai apprécié la journée presse à la Beach parisienne , un beau moment , la marque est attentive à son nutriscore , et c'est très sain .

Important .

 

J'en avais parlé , la qualité prime sur la quantité ...

Situated at   27 rue de Neuilly at Clichy , The  calm and the freshness of the restaurant command respect .

 

Before going to  L'Aisne , I spent a  moment which was fabulous  , which was also  vegetal , fish and vegetables  and I brought back to my partner some delicious beef and strawberry cake which was incredible .

 

The bread is home made  and you can read my book  , Dernière Liberté at  www.desmotsquitrottent.fr et Fnac ,the design is stylish .

 

You feel at home !

Aisne and Serenity (1)

I adore discovering new parts of France, their history, their people  and exoticism is not far , really at the corner of the street  …

 

Going on press trips is part of my daily life , with my partner , I suppose it helps too my  creativity , because writing is an  hygiene of life  !

 

I  adored  this  press trip at Aisne , I had a blast at  musée Jean de La Fontaine at  Château-Thierry ,at  la Caverne du dragon , so moving  , At Jardin des Fables , a wonderful house with an  hostess who is extraordinary  , cycling through Aisne and its wonders  ...

And having beautiful breaks with restaurants and hotels ; What could we ask for more ?

 

In Brief, a huge  variety , I travelled a lot in my life  , but we were under the charm   , what do I say  , absorbed by the beauty of the region  .

It is the introduction of a diary with  photographs and  posts  , go into that wonderul part of France and be inspired by our circuit  ...

 

A wonderful press trip  .

J’adore découvrir de nouvelles régions, leur histoire, leur peuple et j’ai découvert que le dépaysement se trouve parfois au coin de la rue ! En tout cas pas très loin …

 

S’échapper fait partie de mon quotidien, souvent à deux, je suppose que cela aide aussi à ma créativité, puisque écrie est une hygiène de vie !

 

J'ai adoré ce séjour presse dans l' Aisne , j'en ai pris plein les mirettes du musée Jean de La Fontaine à Château-Thierry à la Caverne du dragon , très émouvant , Aux Jardin des Fables , une charmante maison avec une hôtesse extraordinaire , et à la découverte de l' Aisne bucolique ...

 

Bref, une très grande variété , j'ai eu la chance de beaucoup voyager dans ma vie , mais nous avons été sous le charme , que dis je , absorbés par la beauté de cette région .

Il y a toujours quelque chose à admirer !

C'est l'introduction d'un gros carnet de bord avec photographies et articles , courez dans cette région avec notre circuit que je vais vous dévoiler ...

You all know that I am a  fan of  essential oils and  I am crazy about  Medene which has an incredible box so as to be in shape  , I have a routine post in mind ...

My organisation is so important  .And Medene is helping me ...
