My beauty routine  ...

I have still my collaboration with Sonia from Studio La Fontaine close to  jasmin , I am a  fan of the haircare with hot oils and the  massage of the scalp , I am pampered ...
And I have my hair on  top !
Oils are an ally of moisturizing  , and it is impactful on  mental too !

I love  bio products  Nomadsens , only natural and fresh  ! The  serum is top , the morning when I wake up , a real gift to your skin  , the  mask erases the  impureties , and I apply it calmly in  an hot bath  , what could I ask for more  ?
All is very  clean and green  . A must .

J'ai toujours ma collaboration avec Sonia du Studio La Fontaine près de jasmin , je suis fan du soin aux huiles chaudes avec un massage du cuir chevelu , on prend bien soin de moi ...
Et j'ai des cheveux au top !
Les huiles sont un allié hydratation , et cela agit sur le mental aussi !

J'ai de beaux produits bio Nomadsens , que du naturel ! le sérum est top , le matin au réveil , un beau cadeau que l'on peut faire à sa peau , le masque gomme les impuretés , et je le mets tranquillement dans un bain chaud , que demander de plus ?
Tout est très clean et écolo . C'est important .

Je fais un massage lundi midi , je crois beaucoup à l'impact du cerveau sur la peau , oui ...

Et bon c'est ma passion !
