Un bilan de ma routine beauté ...
Some debrief about my beauty routine ...

- Un coup de coeur capillaire ?
Je suis obsédée par la santé de mes cheveux en ce moment , allez savoir pourquoi ...
Du coup , le soin suprême à l'institut Opalis dans le 8e fut un réel moment de détente !
J'avais besoin de soigner mes longueurs et ce long soin a répondu à mes attentes : massage du dos , masque Opalis , shampoing purifiant ...
Ce moment vous appartient totalement dans un réel spa du cheveu et je me suis totalement relaxée .
Du coup , j'avais des cheveux très brillants en Suisse !!
An Hair crush ?
I am obsessed by the health of my hair just now , just know why ....
So the long haircare at Opalis Spa in the 8th was a total moment of relaxation and I needed to cure my dry hair : massage of the back , Opalis mask , purifying shampoo ...
I had a moment for myself which is really precious .
So I had very brilliant hair in Switzerland !!

- Une manie beauté en ce moment ?
De l'huile d'amande après la douche , j'adore cela , et le nude make-up .
A beauty ploy just now ?
Almond oil after the shower and nude make-up ...

- Et le matin ?
J'aime beaucoup les lingettes à l'huile micellaire Babara Gould , je ne frotte pas ni ne rince pas , très très utile .
Je m'en sers comme base de maquillage .
And the morning ?
I enjoy swipes from Barabra Gould , I don't rinse them and it is so useful .
I use it as a basis of make-up .

Et comme je n'ai pas vraiment le temps en ce moment ...
I don't have a lot of time just now ...
