Je vous invite à la découvrir ce week-end , juste à côté de la bourse , un restaurant avec l'esprit new-yorkais .
Je me suis régalée et l'inauguration bénéficiait d'un véritable esprit de convivialité et ...
De service !!
Je suis souvent invitée à découvrir de nouvelles adresses mais parfois le service n'est pas à la hauteur .
Ici , j'ai adoré le sens du l'esprit de réception et la rapidité .
Et puis , l'émotion se dégageait car Bieh est un puissant  hommage au fils du créateur du restaurant  .
Je suis attentive aux questions de transmission , c'est important .
La séquence apéritive était très réussie , la viande est de bonne qualité aussi .
Ils organisent aussi un brunch le dimanche , j'espère vous en reparler .

Bon , je sais , j'adore manger !!

Bieh is located next to la Bourse and the service was flawless , witn a new-york atmosphere .
I am often invited to discover new addresses but sometimes the service is not up to it .
I enjoyed the rapidity of the service and the welcoming attitude .
And it was also powefully emotive because the restaurant is an homage to the son of the manager .
The question of patrimony is very important for me .
The starters are so successful , the meat is high qualitry too .
They organise a brunch on sunday , I hope to deal with it ...
