J'étais déjà allée dans la région des pouilles il y a très longtemps : lecce , Brindisi...
Le fait de mêler spa , thalassothérapie et visite a été un véritable plus : vous avez un aperçu de l'endroit idyllique qu'est Le kalidria thalassa spa and sea resort .
Enchanteur, non ?
Le programme était exhaustif comme à chaque fois et je n'ai pas eu une minute à moi , tant mieux !
J'ai été plongée dans un véritable rêve apulien : soin , nourriture , beauté , tout était mêlé et entrecoisé .
Un festin joyeux .
Talassoterapia : tel est le mot en italien .
Un véritable recentrage sur soi tout en douceur ... italienne !
Attention les yeux : journal de bord et photographies à suivre ...

The programme was so appealing in the hotel Kalidria thalassa spa resort : I did not have a minute to spare and so much for the best !
I was under the impression that all was intertwined : beauty , food and care .
A cosy mix .
it was a real asset and I could focus myself on a real well-being .
