Une journee au Touquet avec Delphine Bell ecrivain " Loterie "

Le matin , nous prenions un petit déjeuner copieux en face de la mer , incroyable , et je prenais soin de  moi avec ma routine solavie , surtout le lait onctueux , voir   COSMETIQUES ANTI-AGE et mon code DEL10.

In the morning , I had a wonderful breakfast in front of the sea and I had after my Solavie ritual , see COSMETIQUES ANTI-AGE and my voucher DEL10. I love the milk which is incredible for the skin.

Nous marchions beaucoup , ce qui est vivifiant , et surtout comme j'avais eu une semaine intense avec un brunch merveilleux au Princesse café [ voir vidéo ] , je suis si gourmande, je prenais soin de bouger un peu.

We were walking a lot , and my week was intense with the wonderful brunch of Princesse cafe. I could move a little , I am so after delicious food.

Je lisais beaucoup , j'ai aimé " Dire Stop " chez le lotus et l'éléphant, une maison d'édition très pointue ,  le chapitre sur les intuitions et les limites est pertinent.

I loved reading " Dire Stop " at  the lotus et l'éléphant, a refined publishing house  ,  the chapter on   intuitions and the limits is relevant.
