I am so delighted that ,  , recently , a friend told me that he was going to the restaurants that I  recommended .

A good  sign .
On saturday we responded to the invitation of the  restaurant which is hype and creates the  buzz , Panda Panda , in the  10 e , a ravishment .
All is fresh , in the  calm , with a big crush for the cooked aubergines  , perfect for their power of antioxydant .
There are even  veggies rolls  , because we tend to avoid meat.
I am on the top because I am going to   restaurants at this  moment where I would like to go as a client client , a good sign too .
Thanks to the team of  Panda Panda , a very good  address in Belleville .

And have a good monday , , I had a lie in this morning  , rather fun  ...

Samedi , Nous avons répondu à l'invitation du restaurant qui crée un bon buzz , Panda Panda , dans le 10 e , un régal .
Tout est frais , dans le calme , avec un coup de cœur pour les aubergines mijotées , parfaites pour leur apport en antioxydant .
Il y a même des bouchées veggies , puisque nous commençons à éviter la viande .
Je suis au septième ciel car j' écris sur des restaurants en ce moment où j'aimerais revenir en tant que cliente , un bon signe aussi .
Merci à l'équipe de Panda Panda , une très bonne adresse à Belleville .

Et bon lundi à vous , j'ai eu une panne d'oreiller ce matin , c'est plutôt drôle ...

Week

 I am going on with my food reports , which is really constructive .

And as We are indulging in cooking , my partner and I  , I would like to reproduce the  christmas meal set up by  leader Price last friday at the  restaurant Les chouettes , a ravishment !

I would like to  develop my  experience but a special  mention for the  taramasalata cooked with lemon by  Norbert Tarayre , without chemicals .
Indeed , I had my own christmas  ! it is weird , isn't it ?
Products were valued  , and all was peaceful and refined  , as I like  !

I am coming up with the report  ...

Je reprends mes critiques gastronomiques , ce qui n'est pas pour me déplaire ..

Et comme nous nous mettons à al cuisine , mon chéri et moi , j'aimerais reproduire le très joli repas de Noël organisé par leader Price vendredi dernier au restaurant Les chouettes , un régal !

Je vais développer mon expérience mais une mention spéciale pour le tarama au citron cuisiné par Norbert Tarayre , sans conservateur .
En fait , j'ai déjà eu mon noël !
Les produits étaient valorisés , et tout était apaisant et pointu , comme j'aime !

J'arrive avec l'article ... mémorable .

Tonight I am indulging into pilates with one of my friends  , I wanted something soft  and there is some  meditation before  , the reading of  " Exercices de méditation laïque " at  Dervy pushed me onwards  ,  spirituality is important !

I have also some  CDs , it is exciting  . An intelligent  management of your body .

I am also a fan of foot massage  and I am lucky to meet all the people in that field  , tomorrow normally .
It is so appeasing  .

And I am also practising some beauty  detox  , one or two times a week , I apply  ...

Nothing  .

With food  detox  , it is a nice combination .

September in beauty  ...

Ce soir , je me mets au pilates avec une de mes amies , j'avais envie de quelque chose de doux et il y a un peu de méditation avant , la lecture de " Exercices de méditation laïque " chez Dervy m'a poussée en avant , la spiritualité est importante !

J'ai aussi des CDs , c'est passionnant . une gestion intelligente de votre corps .

Je suis aussi dingue de réflexologie et j'ai la chance de rencontrer les pontes du domaine , demain normalement .
Cela m'apaise , un bien fou .

Et je fais un peu de détox beauté , une à deux fois par semaine , je n'utilise ...

Rien .

Avec la détox nourriture , c' est pas mal .

Septembre en beauté ... On essaie !
