Calm sunday

A calm sunday , as yesterday we went on a shopping spree at La Vallée Village ,  I found nice items , at my favorite brands .

We ate a nice munch under the sun , so relaxing ...

As will be our next holiday ...

Where ?

Suspense .

In waiting , I browse on my photographs album , from Vietnam , the famous grotto from Halong bay .

It is going to be in France this time , very , very resting .

Un dimanche plutôt calme , puisque hier nous avons fait des emplettes pour nos vacances à la Vallée Village , j'ai trouvé de beaux articles  , chez mes marques préférées .
Nous avons mangé là-bas , au soleil , c'était agréable .

Je m'occupe de ma famille avant de partir en ...

Vous verrez !! J'aime bien le suspense .

En attendant , je termine mon album photographies du Vietnam , les grottes de la baie d' Halong .

C'est moins loin cette fois , mais tout aussi intéressant . Plus relaxant .

Week

 I am ending my album from Vietnam , as we are leaving on holidays beginning of next week ...

I am polishing off a post on  our suitcases , I suppose the sunsets won't be as beautiful as in Halong bay .

But there is spa in the limelight !!

It is in my DNA .

The climate will be more temperate , I had trouble as you know with the stifling heat from Hanoi , and also the rest of Vietnam . Sometimes I had the impression to nearly faint .

Well , I did not .

We were breathing more in the cruise , and also letting the steam off .

It was a nice memory , breath-taking as well .

Je termine mon album photographies du Vietnam , puisque nous partons en vacances début de la semaine prochaine ...

Je vous prépare un article valises , les couchers de soleil ne seront pas aussi beaux qu' à la baie d' Halong ...

Mais il y a du spa dans l'air !! On ne se refait pas .

Ouf ...

Cela va faire du bien , dans un climat tempéré , j'ai eu du mal comme vous le savez avec la chaleur d' Hanoi et du reste du Vietnam ...
En croisière , nous respirions un peu plus ... Nous nous sommes détendus .
Le bon temps , hein ...

Natural

 I am more and more prone to natural , I don't know if it is related to age .

Less is more , yes , I quote Greta Garbo .

I was lucky yesterday to receive a teapot and herb tea from Calmelia : I stop coffee a few months ago and I  am adept at tea , richer in antioxydants .

We are invited at my brother' house for 14th of july , and we are going to prepare a nice concoction with hibiscus .
With this new teapot from Calmelia Laboratoire marque verte , it becomes a pleasure , and ...

An health issue . My core of interest .

I also put less and less make up , just gloss , I privilege shiny hair , upcoming post , and an healthy skin with not too much sun .

But I still enjoy jewels , I have a massaî bracelet from Nahua , which is going to have an effect next week in the sun .

But not too much !!

I am also keen on picnics , in the heart of nature , in summertime , I turn my back against restaurants which are sometimes noisy .

Of course , it is more difficult in winter . I have to admit it .

Well , this is the new credo : natural and bio .

Yes , it is full of rhymes ...

Je vais de plus en plus vers du naturel , je ne sais pas si c'est l'âge ...

Less is more ... Vive Greta garbo !!

- J'ai eu la chance hier de recevoir un joli service à thé Calmelia avec des recettes de thé très efficaces .
Demain , nous sommes invités chez mon frère et nous allons préparer une dégustation à l'hibiscus et thé vert avec une grosse teneur en antioxydants .
J'ai arrêté le café récemment , et je suis une grosse consommatrice de thé .
Avec ce nouveau service Calmelia des laboratoires marque verte , cela devient  un plaisir et ...

Une question de santé .

- Je me maquille de moins en moins , je privilégie des cheveux brillants , article à suivre , et une jolie peau , attention pas trop de soleil !!

En revanche , je porte beaucoup de bijoux , j'aime beaucoup la ligne massaî de Nahua , les bijoux sont originaux .
J'emporte un joli bracelet la semaine prochaine en vacances . J'ai aussi une grosse trousse .

Sur un léger bronzage ...

Je vais aussi moins au restaurant , je préfère organiser des pique-niques dans la nature , plus propice au calme .

Evidemment en hiver ...

Voilà : naturelle et bio autant que possible .
