Hammam and spa

I spend several hours at Cent ciels  pure dream

La semaine a été très bonne , avant la reprise ....
Mardi , j'ai passé une journée de rêve aux cent ciels , dans le 11e . En fait j'ai eu l'impression de retourner en vacances !!
Et le soir , je me suis endormie comme un bébé ...
J'ai commencé par un hammam , il est très spacieux et j'ai utilisé du savon noir ,cela m'a rappellée mes voyages au Maroc , idyllique ...
Puis j'ai enchainé sur un gommage profond et un enveloppement à l'argile , inutile de vous dire que ma peau est super lisse et soignée après le soleil !!
Et cerise sur le cake , je me suis délectée d'un massage à l'huile d'argan , j'ai failli m'abandonner dans les bras de Morphée ...
Du coup , une de mes amies a eu l'idée de ce protocole pour un anniversaire , c'est ingénieux ...

Alors ce week-end ?
Nous sommes sortis tard hier alors ...
Repos !!


I had a delicious day on tuesday : I had a whole skincare at Les Cent Ciels in the 11th .
I was under the impression to come back on holidays , it was super .
First of all , I spent time in the hammam , it is very spacious , and I used moroccan soap which reminded me of my trips .
Then I had a deep scrubbing and , the last straw , a very profound massage which was exhilirating .
It is a good protocol after holidays and I advised it to a friend for a birthday .
I went off to sleep without any difficulty ...
And it is a good step before going back to work .
So what are your plans for the week-end ?
