Halloween

 I spent a wonderful week-end at Hard Rock café with Halloween , we had the chance to be invited for the Halloween menu which was nice ...

And full of spice !

You can see the healthy meal we had , wonderful , and new cocktails , be careful to the dangers of alcohol .

We finished on a fruit shake with two chocolate cakes on a straw !

What a whirl ... I had a blast .

The party was haloweenish  but warm , we laughed and chatted , really a surprise .

I used to go a lot at hard Rock café when I was a french teacher in london ...

Twenty three years ago .

Well ...

We had everything , nice meal , nice halloween , we had it all .

I am coming back with the end of my week-end close to Paris , and a bio restaurant ...

J'ai passé un merveilleux week-end de Halloween , là nous revenons d'un massage , je n'arrête jamais !!

Nous avons eu la chance d'être invités pour la soirée Halloween du hard Rock café avec de merveilleux cocktails , attention à l'abus d'alcool pour la santé , et une assiette saine , vous le voyez ...

J'adore le hard Rock café depuis mon année de professeur de français à Londres il y a ...
Vingt trois ans .

Bigre !! déjà ...

L'atmosphère était halloweenesque mais chaleureuse , nous avons ri , discuté ...

Bref , une bonne soirée , un bon week-end ...

Tout pour plaire .

Je reviens vite avec la suite de mon week-end en Champagne , proche de Paris , et un restaurant bio ...

 This webzine is more and more dedicated to health and well-being .

This is my credo .

I was delighted to attend the huge Big Bang meeting with Figaro , on the future of medicine and artificial intelligence .
It was rich and constructive .

It is always  cunning to anticipate the future , and have insight into what is happening .

I also received the book Power Biotique at Guy Trédaniel Editions on the power of food and vitamins to escape bowel disorder and regulate your microbiota .

It decides upon everything and I was glad to enrich my knowledge about the breakthrough of science into that field .

Very interesting .

And what about Halloween ?

Well ...

We have a party in sight but I have a cold , intense .

That is the evidence that you cannot escape everything .

Wait and see ...

Vous le savez , ce webzine-blog est de plus en plus dédié à la santé et bien-être ... C'est mon dada.

Argh , j'ai un gros rhume en ce moment , preuve que l'on ne peut échapper à tout ...

J'ai été ravie d'assister au Big bang santé du Figaro , sur les avancées de la nanomédecine , l'avenir de la médecine en fait , c'est la partie fructueuse de mon travail , enrichir sa culture .
Toujours .
Et anticiper l'avenir : ce séminaire était riche , très .

J'ai reçu également le livre Power Biotique aux éditions Guy Trédaniel avec des règles de vie saine et l'équilibre de notre microbiote .
L'idée est d'en faire moins mais mieux et de changer certaines habitudes .

Pour ma part , faire du sport permet de sortir de ma zone de confort et je suis une alimentation intuitive basée sur des fruits et légumes .

J'ai une bibliothèque chez moi mais pour mon bien .

Et j'essaie de manger avant six heures pour laisser mon estomac au repos ....

Et Halloween me direz vous ?

Ben ...

J'espère que je serai remise, nous avons une soirée ... Encore !

Christmas

Ah la traditionnelle question " Alors qu'est ce qu'on fait pour Noël ? "

Il me semble que petite les choses étaient plus simples , petite ! Bon , pas de nostalgie ...

Mais je vous avoue que c'est déjà un peu noël pour moi ...

J'ai reçu les coffrets instant zen , herboristerie et sieste , oui , oui ! , de First Edition : un vrai cadeau , beau , chic et utile .
Tout évoque une atmosphère festive et zen , quoi de plus nécessaire à noël ?
Il ne reste plus qu'un joli papier cadeau et le tout est parfait et adéquat .
Mention spéciale pour le rouleau de massage que nous avons utilisé hier !

Mon sweet home ressemble à un spa ...

Avec de jolies bougies Apotheca , qui dégagent une atmosphère olfactive particulière .
J'ai craqué à la présentation presse jeudi : tout est beau et raffiné .

Ce que j'aime !!

Et mercredi dernier , j'ai mangé un plat festif à base de truffes chez Truffes Folies dans le 7 e , je vous dis je fais tout avant noël !
Je me suis faite chouchoutée avant mes rendez vous professionnels , un ravissement .

Un restaurant très ...

Noël .

Finalement , je me débrouille pas si mal , non ?

 Well , what to answer to the traditional question : what are we going to do at Christmas ?

Things were more simple when I was a kid ... really !

But Christmas has already begun for me ...

I manage somehow .

I received the First Edition boxes which are just wonderful : zen box , herbal and ...

Nap box , which is fun .

They are just perfect : chic and useful , special mention to the candle and massage instrument which we use yesterday .
They stand for the perfect christmas present , only the wrapping is missing .
 I love this publishing house which has alaways an original selection .

My sweet home looks like a spa ...

With Apotheca candles : I picked them out at the press presentation .
They are just perfect with a specific olfactive atmosphere .
The right christmas gift .

And last wednesday , I ate at Truffes Folies in the seventh , I was pampered before my press appointments .
Everything revolves around truffles .

Just tasty and christmassy ...

I had a blast .

So , what do you think ?

I am smart , I think , always having christmas before the time ?

But It won't replace my childhood christmas .

The right , the perfect one .

Press trip ( 1)

Last week-end , we had the chance to have a press trip in Aisne and the area around Champagne .

A joyful week-end full of champagne and laughter ( be careful to the dangers of alcohol ) .
Christmassy in a way .

I always think that I travelled around the planet ut the french areas have a charm on their own .
Really wonderful .

We were invited in the context of the festival " Champagne et vous " and delighted in marvellous selections .
We had also a tasty dinner at Château de la Marjolaine ,  with different categories too .

I was in my element , french cooking and romantism .

It is nice to juggle between your profesionnal life and private .

A ravishment .

And I continued in the evening with the book at Guy Trédaniel Editions " le chant de pleine conscience " which helps you  to gravitate towards your values and sense of fulfillment .

And this week-end was totally fulfilling .

Really ...

Just one hour from Paris ...

Richesse de l’ Aisne

Le week-end dernier , nous avons eu la chance de profiter d’un week-end presse dans l’Aisne et la région limitrophe de Champagne ( attention à l’abus d’alcool dangereux pour la santé ) .

Un week-end riche , foisonnant et festif . Comme j'aime !

Qui anticipe noël .

Je me dis toujours que j’ai eu la chance de voyager aux quatre coins de la planète mais que les régions françaises sont fascinantes .

Nous étions invités dans le cadre du festival «  champagne et vous «  avec des crus incroyables que nous avons pu aussi découvrir le soir avec un bon repas au château de la Marjolaine .

Mais nous gardons un souvenir impérissable de notre virée en voiture de collection en Peugeot 204 et mercedes 1974 , cheveux aux vents , une scène de film .

C’est bien d’avoir des souvenirs romantiques et professionnels à la fois .

Le soir , j’ai écouté «  Le chant de pleine conscience «  aux éditions Guy Trédaniel  , en plein accord avec ce week-end de détente et de plénitude .

Un must en accord avec l’instant présent . Le bonheur !!

Et tout cela à une heure de Paris …
