Week and haul

Un week-end et une semaine placée sous le sceau du shopping !!
Je reviens avec ma merveilleuse journée à One nation Paris , décoration , mode et belle pause déjeuner , j'étais aux anges !!
Nous partons pour notre beau voyage de novembre alors on s'active avant la fin du mois .
Et l'air marin de la semaine dernière a été du plus grand bien !!
Bon week , les girls !!


A week-end a week endowed with a lot of shopping , so nice !!
I am coming back with my day at One Nation Paris , design , fashion , and an healthy lunch break , I was so delighted .
We are leaving on a trip at end of november so we are kind of busy .
And the sea air from last week was very positive .

Press trip and spa

 Hello , je suis de retour !!
Dans une forme incroyable ...
Ce séjour au Spa Marin du Val André ( 0256575000) était une parenthèse enchantée , une sparenthèse !!
J'ai cherché , cherché : il n'y a aucune faille , la propreté , le service , les soins ...
Je suis pointilleuse pourtant .
Le programme ? Il était idyllique , avec une cure diva pour moi et viva pour monsieur , nous avions du mal à redescendre sur terre après .
j'avoue que c'était très nouveau de partager notre ressenti commun et finalement très exaltant .
Nous avions des soins chouchous , l'enveloppement aux algues qu'il a fortement apprécié et le massage relaxant à la fleur d'oranger pour moi .
Le spa est très cosy et spacieux , ce qui donne envie d'y rester et je suis prête à attaquer le mois de novembre , bon vous verrez un gros voyage se profile ...
Wait ands see !!
Le soir , nous étions calmes et reposés dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer : je lisais un livre sur la thérapie au venin d'abeille aux Editions Baroch qui revenait sur les produits cosmétiques de l'apithérapie qui retendent l'épiderme .
Bref , un séjour fascinant !!
La région est magnifique , je vous en reparle ce week-end dans mon journal de bord .

Hello , girls , I am back !!
This press trip  was flawless , really nothing to claim for .
The service , the cleanliness , everything was perfect , although I am very picky .
I tried to look for a default but the trip at spa marin du Val André was a paradise .
The programme ? well , a diva spa for me and viva for mister : it was totally new to exchange on our different feelings , the favorites were the massage for me and tha algae enveloping for him .
The spa is so cosy and spacious that you really don't want to leave  .
And the Breton scenery is magnificent , we had a room overlooking the sea .
I am really ready to attack november , in great shape !! , although we are on the move for a huge trip , wait and see ...
In the evening , we were calm and relaxed , I was reading a book on apitherapy with Baroch Editions on the use of cosmetics and bees which lift up the skin .
So , it was a fascinating trip ...
I am coming back with my diary , day by day ...

L'énergie est vraiment là , les girls !!

Away for the week-end

Nous partons un peu , quelques jours , cela va faire du bien !!
La mer , le spa ...
Tout ce qui me plait !!

We are away for halloween , it will be a breath of air !!

- La gamme Sebiaclear : je raffole particulièrement du gel moussant qui est très nettoyant , j'en rajoute même dans mon bain !!
L'effet pureté est à son maximum .
J'avais assisté au lancement au restaurant Les Niçois et j'ai trouvé la gamme très exhaustive .
En plus , toute la famille peut se servir : tout cela est très complet .
Je l'emporte en long week-end dans une grosse trousse même si vous verrez nous allons être gâtés .

The Sebiaclear range : I am keen about the purifying foam which I even use in my bath , yes !!
The purifying effect is at its maximum .
I attended the press launching at Les Niçois restaurant in Paris and I found out it very exhaustive .
It can serve the whole family and i put it in my beauty bag even if we are going to be spoilt .
Wait and see ...

- Des maillots de bain , oui en octobre ...
Some swimsuits , why not ?

- Des livres , j'ai du mal à me poser en ce moment , mon agenda déborde !!
Books , I just want to relax and take distance from my schedule !!

Et du coup , je vais rater l'épilogue de la dramatique de TF1 le jeudi soir , " une chance de trop " , je ne suis pas fan d' Alexandra Lamy mais elle joue très bien et le suspense ...
Est incroyable !!

Pour une fois que les dramatiques sont bonnes !!
So I am going to miss the drama of thursday night on television , for once they have a good drama , Alaxandra Lamy is not one of my favorites but she is excellent and the pitch is full of suspense .

Je reviens très vite , don't worry , pour l'instant je me repose d'un vernissage d'art contemporain qui n'était pas terrible hier soir , euh oui .

Mon cher et tendre vient de rentrer de business trip ( cela avait l'air superbe !! ) avec les mains chargées et ma boite aux lettres déborde !!
Yes , it looks like christmas , but not yet ...
My partner has just come back from business trip , it seemed breath-taking !! with a lot of gifts and my letterbox is full !!

- Jeudi soir , J'ai assisté à l'inauguration de la boutique Valérie Danenberg dans le 1er , une soirée chic et pleine de convivialité .
La collection est fine et travaillée avec minutie .
Moi qui suis folle de bijoux , j'avais les yeux ronds .
Les colliers sont si affinés qu'ils habillent à eux seuls , pas besoin d'artifices .
Vous savez que j'ai du flair en ce qui concerne certains domaines et je suis sûre de vous reparler de Valérie qui en plus est une perle .
Une perle , je suis habile avec les jeux de mots !!

On thursday night , I attended the press opening of Valérie Danenberg in the first , a chic and welcoming party .
The collection is refined and full of accuracy .
I am such a fan about jewels and I was flabbergasted .
The necklaces are so well-designed that they are a demonstration in themselves .
No show -off .
You all know that I have a lot of flair and i am positive that i am going to deal with Valérie again .
She is such a " pearl " , it is a french pun .

Nous passons des perles aux friandises !!
J'ai reçu la collection Florian , très artisanale , avec de la confiture aux pétales de rose , des clémentines confites et des fleurs cristallisées assorties .
Pas mal , non ?
Nous recevons nos nouveaux voisins le 8 novembre et je compte organiser un goûter très fleurs et chocolats .
Je suis heureuse de découvrir de nouvelles maisons , avec un savoir-faire .

We pass on to sweets !!
I was lucky to receive the new collection Florian , with a lot of french know-how , jam with rose flowers and chocolates and dried fruits .
So yummy !!
We have a party with our new neighbors on the eighth and I will set up a flowery and sweet snack .
I am so satisfied to discover French and hand-made companies .

Et pour finir ce mini-noêl , mon cher et tendre m'a ramenée le nouveau gloss volumizing de Dior , j'ai reçu beaucoup de maquillage mais rien de transcendant .
La collection dior est conçue comme du soin aussi , j'aime beaucoup !!
C'est mignon , non ?
Et une jolie trousse de toilette , très girly .

And to top off this upcoming christmas , my darling offered me the new volumizing Dior gloss which is moisturizing as well .
I received a lot of make-up but nothing transcending .
I was so flattered with this attention , a girly bag as well .

La semaine a été trépidante , mon cher et tendre est en voyage d'affaires , du coup , j'ai vu mes proches , je dois avouer que je n'ai pas vu le temps passer !!

I love the ones from Peggy Sage , they are quirky and I love strolling around in their shop from Saint Michel .

En ce moment , je mets des bijoux dans mes cheveux , headbands ou broches carrément , oui je deviens créative !!

 Le week-end a très bien commencé !!
Nous sommes en pleine forme !!
La raison ?
Hier , nous avons passé deux heures de pure détente au Lovely spa , 19 rue benjamin franklin près de trocadéro .
Un délice !!

The week-end started in a good way , we feel in a very good shape ...
The reason ?
We spent yesterday two hours of pure relaxation at Lovely Spa close to trocadéro , so heavenly !!
I tell you the story ...

Le but était de profiter d'un rituel à la fleur d'oranger à deux , hammam , gommage et massage .
The goal was to take advantage of a ritual based on orange flower in a duo :

D'abord , nous avons passé vingt minutes dans un joli hammam entrecoupé de douches froides pour relancer la circulation .
Mon chéri a remarqué la bonne insonorisation du hammam , c'est vrai !!
Récemment , j'ai testé un spa où j'entendais le dring du téléphone , non merci !!
Là , c'était parfait .

First of all , we spent twenty minutes at hammam with a cold shower break , so as to boost the body's vigor .
My partner noticed the good soundproofing of the spa , we did not hear a sound !!
I don't want to hear the ring of the phone .

Puis , Nous avons eu un gommage à la fleur d'oranger , vous voyez notre équipe , une gentillesse hors norme .
Then , we had a scrubbing based on orange flower , you can see our team , so exquisite and welcoming .

Et cerise sur le cake , nous avons terminé avec un massage à deux , so romantic !!
Surtout , j'ai les cervicales complétement dénouées , je porte un peu trop de choses dans la semaine .
La massage était relaxant mais aussi revigorant .
And the last staw was this duo massage , so magical !!
On top of that , I have a supple back , I carry too many things in the week .
The massage was relaxing but firming as well .

Puis , nous avons bu une infusion , en pleine harmonie !!
Harmonie du couple bien sûr !!
And eventually we drank green tea , in full harmony .
A good tip for the couple's harmony ...
