Birthday

I almost forgot it !
I celebrated discreetly four times this year  , and it was  sincere and warm .
A lot of  restaurants and  ...
Gifts ! I was spoiled , I was almost embarrassed ! A spa  week-end at la  Toussaint , you will see  , some Books of course , clothes , especially a wonderful scarf in biological cotton at  https://www.av08-paris.fr/  .

I wear a lot of scarves at wintertime  , and I wanted something pure and ethical  , the  model Kalahari is incredible with softness and now I ban dubious materials on everything  , even on clothes  !
I don't go in traditional shops now  .
A nice discovery . really .
We are pushing forwward our ecological standpoint .

J'avais oublié !
Je l'ai fêté discrètement cette année en quatre fois , et c'était sincère et chaleureux .
Beaucoup de restaurants et ...
De cadeaux ! j'ai été gâtée , j'en étais presque gênée ! Un week-end thalasso à la Toussaint , vous verrez , des livres bien sûr , des vêtements , dont une superbe écharpe en coton biologique chez https://www.av08-paris.fr/  .

Je porte beaucoup d'écharpes l'hiver , et je cherchais quelque chose d'éthique et pur , le modèle Kalahari est incroyable de douceur et surtout je bannis tous les matériaux douteux maintenant , partout même sur les vêtements !
Je ne vais plus dans les enseignes traditionnelles .
Une belle découverte donc . vraiment !
Nous poussons de plus en plus notre démarche écologique et responsable .

Rest !

The week has been hectic ... I would like to daydream with the new  Pour over De Melitta , I am a  fan of  coffee and mind you , do you know that it contains some antioxydants positive points ?
You don't have to make too much of it  , but the gift from  Melitta is a way to come back to  a real sensation of coffee , like the old times .
Really wonderful .
I am plunged into  " Rituels de l'enfant intérieur " at  Le Courrier Du livre with a music  Cd which allows to deliver one part of intuition , important .

All a  programme , don't you think ?
And we are thinking about  La toussaint , a bit of holidays  ?

Repos !

La semaine a été chargée ... Du coup , j'aime bien rêvasser tranquillement avec la nouvelle Pour over De Melitta , je suis fan de café et attention , savez vous qu'il contient quelques vertus antioxydants ?
Il ne faut pas abuser , mais ce cadeau De Melitta est une bonne façon de revenir à une vraie sensation de caféine , un peu à l'ancienne .
Je lis " Rituels de l'enfant intérieur " chez Le Courrier Du livre avec un Cd de musique incroyable qui permet de livrer sa part d'intuition , important .Le livre est original .

I don't forget !
My beauty routine  ...

I have still my collaboration with Sonia from Studio La Fontaine close to  jasmin , I am a  fan of the haircare with hot oils and the  massage of the scalp , I am pampered ...
And I have my hair on  top !
Oils are an ally of moisturizing  , and it is impactful on  mental too !

I love  bio products  Nomadsens , only natural and fresh  ! The  serum is top , the morning when I wake up , a real gift to your skin  , the  mask erases the  impureties , and I apply it calmly in  an hot bath  , what could I ask for more  ?
All is very  clean and green  . A must .

Other news ?

I have a  massage on monday  , I believe a lot on the  l'impact of the mind  , yes ...

Well , it is  my passion !

Ma routine beauté ...

J'ai toujours ma collaboration avec Sonia du Studio La Fontaine près de jasmin , je suis fan du soin aux huiles chaudes avec un massage du cuir chevelu , on prend bien soin de moi ...
Et j'ai des cheveux au top !
Les huiles sont un allié hydratation , et cela agit sur le mental aussi !

J'ai de beaux produits bio Nomadsens , que du naturel ! le sérum est top , le matin au réveil , un beau cadeau que l'on peut faire à sa peau , le masque gomme les impuretés , et je le mets tranquillement dans un bain chaud , que demander de plus ?
Tout est très clean et écolo . C'est important .

Sinon ?

Je fais un massage lundi midi , je crois beaucoup à l'impact du cerveau sur la peau , oui ...

Et bon c'est ma passion !

Week and salon du livre

What a week ! !

Time has rushed since the  salon du livre de Buchelay , last sunday , a huge  moment !
I was with my publisher  www.desmotsquitrottent.fr and the selection is refined , I am reading  " Ce qui nous retient " of Emilie Piron and my baby book  " Dernière liberté " : we were gathered for our  cause .
A really nice day  , it si going to be my life now  ...And that is so wonderful ...
With the rest  !
I did a video on  http://intelligently-fashionable.blogspot.com , especially my Partner  ...
I need to let the steam off , now , just rest after also my birthday ...
I am coming back with a report ...

C'est ce qui s'appelle ne pas voir le temps passer , depuis le salon du livre de Buchelay , dimanche dernier , un grand moment !
J'étais avec mon éditeur sur www.desmotsquitrottent.fr et la sélection est pointue , je lis " Ce qui nous retient " d'Emilie Piron et mon bébé bien sûr " Dernière liberté " : nous étions là pour notre cause .
Une belle journée , cela va devenir ma vie maintenant ...
