The photograph is incredible , so much greenery and nice food .
We went through the huge park overlooking the hotel and with a golf course .
I tried once , it developed the patience .
But we were gathered with journalists and bloggers to savour the delicious food from David Archinard , an happy discovery .
Duck foie gras with toasts , lamb stew with herbs and chocolate cake with hazelnut-chopped toppings , with a nice coffee and small cakes .
The atmosphere was joyful ,serene and I took great pleasure in it .
I have a lot of foreign readers and I thought about a saint valentine week-end , full of subtlety and elegance .

On coming back to Paris , the noise of the city was baffling and I could not escape it .
I was so at ease in Chantilly .
Dolce vita at Dolce , a nice break .
C'est un souvenir très cher, le Dolce chantilly , pas très loin de Paris , une entracte pleine de gastronomie et de douceur .
La photographie est magnifique, non ?
Nous avons d'abord traversé la forêt de Senlis puis l'immense parc du Dolce nous a tendu les bras !!
Avec du golf , bien sûr ...
J'ai essayé une fois , cela développe la patience , pourquoi pas ?
Mais nous étions tous là ( journalistes et blogueurs ) pour déguster la cuisine de David Archinard : foie gras de canard et ses toasts , noisette d'agneau farci aux herbes , et le chocolat craquant et son croustillant noisette .
L'atmosphère était joyeuse , détendue et ...

Comme j'ai beaucoup de lectrices américaines , j'ai pensé à un week-end saint valentin très subtile et élégant .
Moi aussi d'ailleurs !!

Je donne des pistes , je sais que ce moment est aussi important pour vous , les girls , nous , on a déjà fêté notre PACS , alors ...
Lorsque nous sommes rentrés , le bruit de Paris m'a semblé impressionnant , de façon négative bien sûr .
J'étais sereine à Chantilly !!
