Mercier and me

My birthday was a delicious moment .

Friends , family ...

And my partner .

I was lucky to collaborate with Mercier ( be careful to alcohol , girls ) and I set out a romantic dinner with the intensity of the brut and rosée cuvée .
The setting out was nice .
We enjoyed that type of moment , chatting around smoked trout and scallop with the consistency of the champagne .

Ok , I have vocabulary now , thanks to wine-tasting week-ends and the wine cellar we have now .

It was informal but cosy and chic .

I attended one of the launchings in may with a salmon and mini-burgers cocktail and we went on , celebrating ...

This Mercier style , coming from LVMH , is a real delight .

And the day after , we left for the Dolce in Chantilly !!

Ok , we were reasonable , so be too , but it was a lively moment .

And intense too .

A big thanks to the team ....

J'ai eu la chance d'avoir une jolie collaboration avec la maison Mercier ( attention à l'abus d'alcool dangereux pour la santé ) et nous avons concocté un dîner aux chandelles avec le brut et le rosé que j'avais ajouté . la préparation était agréable .
Nous adorons cela , papoter avec une cuvée raffinée et une attaque douce en bouche . Nous avons savouré .

Ouh la , j'ai du vocabulaire maintenant : nous avons une cave à présent et j'ai pu profiter de week-ends oeunologiques .
C'était informel mais chic , intimiste mais joyeux , comme ce champagne issu de la maison LVMH .

J'avais assisté à un des lancements en mai avec un cocktail saumon et huître qui se mariait bien .
Nous avons continué sur notre lancée ...

Et puis , le lendemain , nous sommes partis en week-end au Dolce Chantilly , joli programme ...

J'espère avoir d'autres occasions d'ouvrir une jolie cuvée Mercier , il n' y a pas de raison ...
