D'abord L'Économat a Levallois , un restaurant chic et très inspiré ,  avec un poulpe bien agrémenté  , du tartare de thon plein d'oméga 3 , et une mousse au chocolat au gingembre. Eh oui ! 

First The economat in Levallois , a chic restaurant full of inspirations , with snacked squid , tuna full of omega 3 , and Chocolate with ginger , one of the best ... 

L'endroit est une bulle hors du temps et c'est une atmosphère que j'apprécie , the spot is so calm and with a special atmosphere. 

Vous avez vu les films... You can see the films.

Rien n'est gras comme le Darsy , mon second choix. 

Everything is healthy , like the darsy , my second choice.

Mon second choix est le Darsy à Ménilmontant. 

J'ai mangé des poireaux , incroyables , et des œufs , plein de protéines. 

I had incredible leeks , and eggs full of proteins. 

Tout est fait maison , comme la super mousse au chocolat , mais j'ai adoré l'atmosphère , très noël , et aussi comme un havre de paix .

Everything is homemade , like the chocolate mousse , and so christmassy . I adored. 

Le service est aussi très à l'écoute. 

The staff has a sense of listening. 

Je me sentais bien , c'est important , I felt well in my skin . 

Le point important , le plus essentiel , est l'aspect non gras et le calme , rien de pire que de manger dans le bruit. 

The basics is a healthy meal and not to eat in noise , of course.
