 Qu'il est dur de se remettre à la routine du blog !!
Mais il faut célébrer la beauté du monde et je remercie mes lectrices étrangères qui m'ont envoyée de jolis messages .
Cet article est un véritable exutoire .

Mon chéri a pris cette jolie photographie la semaine dernière au Chalet Du Lac à l'orée du bois de Vincennes et je trouve qu'elle est pleine d'insousciance .
Comme notre moment , un joli repas , une soirée dansante , des rires .
J'ai adoré cet endroit , à la fois historique et original .
Un très bon restaurant .
Je veux évidemment continuer à trouver de bonnes adresses , où nous partageons avec mes lectrices , beaucoup viennent de l'étranger , notre vie qui est riche et joyeuse .

Mon chéri est malade , cela sent le repos !!
Bizarre , ce temps , non ?
Du coup , je me souviens de notre séjour au Spa Marin et surtout de mon soin sculpt visage au Lovely Spa près de trocadéro , mon adresse fétiche .
Je sais que certaines de mes lectrices étrangères ont adoré aussi à la suite de mon article .
Ce soin est miraculeux , un vrai yoga du visage destiné à retendre les muscles et à relancer la circulation .
Je suis ressortie avec une peau pulpy et tendue .
Et un moral d'acier !!
Finalement , les techniques naturelles remportent mon adhésion .

My partner is sick , it looks like rest !!
This weather is really weird , the impact of the planet ?
Therefore , I just remember my press trip at Spa Marin and especially my sculpt skincare at Lovely spa at Trocadéro .
It is my favorite spot and I know some of my american readers just went there .
This spa is just a miracle , sort of yoga for the face designed to firm up the features and booost the blood flux .
I just went out with a very pulpy skin .
And a very good mood !!
Finally , the natural techniques are really predominant for me .

Food and spa

Je sais , je donne l'eau à la bouche !!
Lors de notre séjour breton au spa marin du Val André , nous avons eu les papilles du roi !!
Je crois que je viens d'inventer cette expression !!
La nourriture était fraiche , goûteuse , locale , et cela devenait un véritable rendez-vous dans la journée .
Tout était lié : spa , bon repas , soleil ...
Un ravissement .

Super , ce long week-end , non ?
Je reviens demain avec mon agenda chargé ...

It was a royal treat , We were spoilt with healthy , flavored and tasty food during the press trip at Spa Val Andrè in Brittany .
Fresh , local and tasty food , it was a landmark in our trip .
everything was entwined : spa , sun , good meal ...
Pure delight !!
So this 11th november week-end ?

Denmark and Norway

En rentrant du spa marin , j'ai passé une soirée délicieuse , spirituellement et gustativement , avec une présentation de la gastronomie des Pays du nord .
J'ai eu l'impression de voyager à nouveau !!
Il y avait une très bonne atmosphère , une joie de vivre communicante .
Et je me suis régalée !!
Le pastrami , le p'tit danois , apéritif très sain , , les sashimi de salma , la liste est longue !!
Franchement , cela donne envie d'y passer un week-end , la Norvège et le Danemark ont une qualité de vie incroyable .
Du coup , j'étais comme un poisson dans l'eau , très à l'aise ...
Et sereine : la gastronomie est succulente et peu calorique .
Je vais me concocter des repas du nord à la maison , pas de doute là-dessus .

On coming back from the spa marin , I spent a delicious evening , spiritually and physically with food , with a presentation of Food in North countries .
I had the impression to travel back  : there was a very good atmosphere and the way of living is really attractive .
Pastrami , special salmon , sashimi , all the appetizers were very healthy and I could not stop eating .
I was very comfortable , taking delight in a very good quality of life .
And so serene : the food in Denmark and Norway is not fat and really incredible .
I am going to keep on with north-oriented meals : there is no doubt about it .
They are really apt and adapted to our lives .

Un très bon souvenir , encore une fois et c'est tant mieux .
A very good memory and that's for the best .

One Nation Paris

Je reviens sur ma journée shopping à One nation Paris mercredi , un pur délice !!
C'est une collaboration à laquelle je tiens depuis deux ans : c'est une chance d'assister aux changements de ce centre bien desservi de Paris en navette et où j'ai eu un avant goût de Noël .
Le programme ?
Très alléchant , je me suis sentie comme un poisson dans l'eau !!
I am just coming back on my hectic day at One Nation Paris on wednesday : it was a luck to keep on with the collaboration and attend all the changes of this mall which is really not so far from Paris with a coach .
Christmas was before time !!
The programme ?

D'abord , nous avons eu une pause déjeuner chez Starbucks .
En fait , le centre est très bien équipé et j'ai même rapporté le repas du soir très sain chez Gontran Cherrier .
Nous nous sommes régalés !!
First of all , we had a lunch break at Starbucks and actually the mall is really well equipped .
I had the opportunity to choose the evening meal at Gontran Cherrier and it was really healthy .
We had a good treat !!

Puis , j'avais une liste précise de ce que je voulais et j'ai pu shopper en toute tranquilité .
Le service était impeccable puisque j'ai fait des emplettes pour la maison chez Home and Cook , des poêles Lagostina de premières qualité et de la décoration intérieure chez Madura .
Puis , j'ai craqué chez Caroll , une jolie tenue pour Noël .
Then , I had an exhaustive list : I went straight to the point .
Service was flawless and I went on a shopping spree at Home and Cook with saucepans Lagostina which were first quality and home design at Madura .
Then I had a crush at caroll for an evening party .

Il y avait des animations ski et luge pour les enfants , du coup l'atmosphère était très joviale .
C'était le même état d'esprit dans le bus de retour vers Etoile .
Je faisais un peu pretty woman ...
There were ski animations and sledge , so the mood was buoyant .
And it was the same state of mind in the coach back to Etoile .
I was Julia Roberts in the famous film ...

Noël en novembre ...
Pourquoi pas ?
Il n'y a pas de date de péremption .
Christmas at november .
Why not ?
There is no deadline .

Week and haul

Un week-end et une semaine placée sous le sceau du shopping !!
Je reviens avec ma merveilleuse journée à One nation Paris , décoration , mode et belle pause déjeuner , j'étais aux anges !!
Nous partons pour notre beau voyage de novembre alors on s'active avant la fin du mois .
Et l'air marin de la semaine dernière a été du plus grand bien !!

A week-end a week endowed with a lot of shopping , so nice !!
I am coming back with my day at One Nation Paris , design , fashion , and an healthy lunch break , I was so delighted .
We are leaving on a trip at end of november so we are kind of busy .
And the sea air from last week was very positive .

Press trip and spa

 Hello , je suis de retour !!
Dans une forme incroyable ...
Ce séjour au Spa Marin du Val André ( 0256575000) était une parenthèse enchantée , une sparenthèse !!
J'ai cherché , cherché : il n'y a aucune faille , la propreté , le service , les soins ...
Je suis pointilleuse pourtant .
Le programme ? Il était idyllique , avec une cure diva pour moi et viva pour monsieur , nous avions du mal à redescendre sur terre après .
j'avoue que c'était très nouveau de partager notre ressenti commun et finalement très exaltant .
Nous avions des soins chouchous , l'enveloppement aux algues qu'il a fortement apprécié et le massage relaxant à la fleur d'oranger pour moi .
Le spa est très cosy et spacieux , ce qui donne envie d'y rester et je suis prête à attaquer le mois de novembre , bon vous verrez un gros voyage se profile ...
Wait ands see !!
Le soir , nous étions calmes et reposés dans une chambre avec vue sur la mer : je lisais un livre sur la thérapie au venin d'abeille aux Editions Baroch qui revenait sur les produits cosmétiques de l'apithérapie qui retendent l'épiderme .
Bref , un séjour fascinant !!
La région est magnifique , je vous en reparle ce week-end dans mon journal de bord .

Hello , girls , I am back !!
This press trip  was flawless , really nothing to claim for .
The service , the cleanliness , everything was perfect , although I am very picky .
I tried to look for a default but the trip at spa marin du Val André was a paradise .
The programme ? well , a diva spa for me and viva for mister : it was totally new to exchange on our different feelings , the favorites were the massage for me and tha algae enveloping for him .
The spa is so cosy and spacious that you really don't want to leave  .
And the Breton scenery is magnificent , we had a room overlooking the sea .
I am really ready to attack november , in great shape !! , although we are on the move for a huge trip , wait and see ...
In the evening , we were calm and relaxed , I was reading a book on apitherapy with Baroch Editions on the use of cosmetics and bees which lift up the skin .
So , it was a fascinating trip ...
I am coming back with my diary , day by day ...
