Wednesday and sales

 I am so lazy just now , I think I have developed an allergy to cold , real !!

My partner is in Paris tooday so I joined him to the Playoff , the new one in the 15th : he is so keen about fries .

I am eating a lot just now , is it the cold too ??

But I am not splurging on sales today : there is no room left .



That is life .

Mon chéri est sur Paris pour un meeting et je je le rejoins pour une virée au Playoff , vous savez , le nouveau dans le 15e , il adore les frites ... Moi aussi !!

Oui , le froid est responsable de tout !!!

Pas de soldes pour moi , je n'ai plus de place .

 This week-end , we celebrated the beginning of new year in a really yummy restaurant , La Flamme in the eighth district .

I was invited by my friend Lili and we had a real laugh : the atmosphere was warm and friendly .

You can see the design , really inventive .
It was freezing cold , though we did not notice .

My partner had fresh salmon and I opted for refined risotto .
I am hungry on reminding that .

The meal was really tasty and I could choose to take the leftover in a tupeprware : this blog is eco-responsible .
And intelligent .


And we went on talking about different topics , yes , it was really smart .

We went back to our house , with a large smile .

And flaming hearts .


Well , it was a good evening !!

Ce week-end , nous avons célébré la nouvelle année dans un endroit incroyable , La Flamme , 6 avenue de wagram dans le 8e .

Invitée par mon amie Lili , j'ai pu rire , parler et bien mangé , surtout , je crois que nous allons y retourner .

L'endroit , vous le voyez , a un cachet : il faisait un froid de loup et pourtant , l'atmosphère était chaleureuse et détendue . Oui , je me suis bien amusée ...

Mon chéri a adoré l'assiette de saumon et moi j'ai craqué pour un risotto de gourmet .

Le repas était copieux et ce que j'ai apprécié , ce blog est aussi responsable , c'est que j'ai pu emmener  un tupperware , halte au gachis !!

C'était intelligent , d'ailleurs ma soirée était intelligente : nous avons abordé plein de sujets .

Nous sommes rentrés le sourire aux lèvres .

Le coeur plein de flamme .

A demain , les girls , je joue les consultantes pour une marque ...

Beauty routine

 I would like to start off in a beautiful way in january .

It is so important .

I went back to two limelights in january from 2016 : well , I am becoming more and more demanding and I don't write on cheap spots .

It is my credo .


First , I had a bloomea skincare at Lovely spa in the 16th , you can see the Eifel tower , my numerous foreign readers .

It is bluffing : I had the impression to have my skin whan I was 25 years old and you will know that I live with a partner who is ten years younger than me .

Yes !!

He does not loose his hair , just joking .


And as I am less and less keen on chemicals , I love the " Chez Vous " hairdresser in the seventh , where the atmosphere is so professionnal .

And cosy .

Plus , there was a girl party with Stella and Dot , just amazing .

I had a lot of fun and I floated back in the street , with long and wavy hair .

Just freedom .

In january .

Last tip : sleep , sleep , it is freezing cold , so ...

 Commencer l’année en beauté .

Pourquoi pas ?

Je suis retournée chez deux valeurs sûres de 2016 , deux endroits chouchous où je savais que tout se passerait bien .

Il faut vous le dire : je vais de plus en plus dans des endroits où je choisis de ne pas écrire , pas assez qualitatifs à mon goût . Je deviens exigeante .

Je suis une fan absolue du salon de coiffure «  Chez Vous «  , dans le 7^e , cela correspond à mes valeurs : intimiste , professionnel , avec des pigments naturels .

J’ai de plus en plus peur du chimique .

Et puis , la dernière fois , on a trinqué ( attention à l’abus d’alcool dangereux pour la santé ) aux fêtes à une soirée Stella and Dot , la collection était chatoyante .

Je flottais dans l’air avec mes longs cheveux dans la rue . J'étais libre !!

Et puis , je suis retournée au Lovely Spa dans le 16^e : je m’entends très bien avec la gérante qui est adorable .

Important .

Le bloomea est un soin miraculeux qui vous donne une peau de pêche en trente minutes .

Attention , cela peut devenir une drogue , je suis sortie avec la peau de mes 25 ans .

Ah , 25 ans …

Je ne les regrette pas , mais bon il n’y avait pas besoin de bloomea .

Et comme je vis avec un homme de dix ans plus jeune que moi , voilà , vous savez tout !!

Je suis une lovely girl , non ?

Un peu d’auto-flatterie en 217 .

Un dernier conseil : dormir , de toute façon , il fait tellement froid …

Week

 It is the week-end devoted to Twelfth night pancakes and restaurants : I am going to be a critic in Paris with food .

But my diet is over .

In the meantime , during christmas , we discovered Milibio , a nice restaurant in the 15th dedicated to bio .
I am keen on bio and this blog is still premium but also turned to health and bio .

Fresh .

And green .

C'est le week-end galette des rois et restaurant , que dire de plus ?

C'est mal parti pour mon régime , mais la tournée des bons restaurants recommencent .

Tiens , pendant noêl , nous avons découvert Milibio dans le 15e , un joli restaurant bio .
Une pause rafraîchissante et agréable malgré le froid . nous avons eu du courage .

Je vais orienter , vous le savez , ce blog toujours vers le prémium mais le bio et la santé .

Un blog vert .
Et clair .

On arrête là les rimes ... 2017 continue .

 Well , it is all over ??

People go back to work and I am hibernating , some light in january ...

I did tidy up because we had some gifts as well for the first of january .

I am keen about my new Karl Lagerfeld eyeglasses with Optic 2000 : they remind me of Audrey Hepburn , you know the famous film .

And I have a ploy : I wear them even in winter to ward off pollution in Paris .
Am I smart ?
They are so beautiful and useful .

My darling had a positive laugh when admiring the new colorful ustensils of Charles Viancin : our kitchen is going to be so merry .

For 2017 .

We had a week-end smartbox too but I don't like the system any monger : too complicated and the choice is not varied .

Some detox is in the limelight , why not ?

It was yummy .

 Ah bon , c'est déjà fini ?

Les gens reprennent le travail et moi , j'hiberne encore , en pensant aux bons moments , un peu de lumière en janvier .

J'ai fait du rangement , car nous avons eu aussi des cadeaux pour le premier janvier , cela n'arrête jamais !!

J'ai adoré mes nouvelles montures Karl Lagerfeld chez Optic 2000, elles me font penser à Audrey Hepburn dans le fameux film , et puis , astuce , je mets des lunettes de soleil pour éviter la pollution dans Paris , insupportable .
Elles sont belles et utiles .

En parlant d'utilité , mon chéri a rigolé de façon positive devant les produits Charles Viancin pour la cuisine , un peu de couleur , que diable !!

Ce sont de nouveaux ustensiles très colorés , de quoi égayer 2017 .

Nous avosn eu une smartbox week-end mais je ne suis plus trop fan : cela devient compliqué de réserver malheureusement et le choix est tenu .

Voilà , la détox s'annonce , ce que c'était bon ...
