Valentine week

What a week!

We are going out a lot this week , and Valentine day is on the way ...

Tonight , tomorrow ...

So I am very careful with our sleep and I am reading " Le petit guide du sommeil " at Contre-dires . tips are very relevant , making right choices to have a full day  .

I am breathing out a lot  , I limit  television , though I adore certain programmes .
The book is beautiful , necesary , and relevant  .

Do you know that you have to sleep at least seven hours a day and that sleeping more damages your longevity  ?

I love sleeping a lot but I am trying to wake up early  . Well , I try !

The future belongs to early risers...

Nous sortons beaucoup en ce moment , et ce n'est pas la Saint Valentin qui arrange les choses ...

Ce soir , demain ...

Du coup , je fais attention à notre sommeil avec " Le petit guide du sommeil " chez Contre-dires . les conseils sont très pertinents , faire de bons choix pour optimiser sa journée .

Je respire beaucoup , je limite la télévision , bien que j'adore certaines émissions .

Le livre est beau , utile et nécessaire .

Savez vous qu'il faut dormir environ sept heures et que trop dormir entache la longévité ?

Je suis une grosse dormeuse , depuis toujours mais j'essaie de me lever plus tôt .

L'avenir appartient ... je suis la reine des proverbes . Et des aphorismes !

I received a lot of  questions ,on this blog or my organisation , well , it is all a story  ...Storytelling !

I am not that all  organised , I have a lot of help  , my darling  , my friends  , my family , no I have no pets , or dog , well ...Maybe it will come ?

I am taking a lot of notes  !! Always ... Like my mum , the best person of course .

I have  bullets from Larousse with  stickers and I am recording everything , bullets on anything .

I have a list of my favorite places  , especially HD diner  opéra or Saint Michel where I have a crush on avaocado burger or Roberta , an italian restaurant .
Olive oil  ... so positive for your immune system .

And there is a huge project in sight , so huge , suspense ...

In the evening , I spend an hour in my bathroom , my lab in a way , filled with bio .

My partner does not understand ...

I am not organised in an organised way , do you see the point ?

A beauty day ...

Je reçois beaucoup de questions , ici ou dans la vie sur mon organisation , oui toute une histoire ...

Je ne suis pas forcément organisée , je suis très aidée , mon chéri , mes amis , ma famille , non je n'ai pas de chien ou chats , ah ah ...

Justement , je note tout !!

J'ai des bullets de chez Larousse avec des stickers et je consigne tout , une montagne de carnets , je tiens cela de Maman ... La meilleure d'entre nous .

Je note mes endroits préférés , surtout HD diner  opéra ou Saint Michel ou je raffole des burgers à l'avocat , et Roberta , un must .

L'huile d'olive ... Incroyable pour votre système immunitaire . Et l'hydratation !

Et puis , il y a un gros projet , très gros , en vue , alors j' écris , j'écris ...

A suivre ...

Le soir , je passe une heure dans la salle de bain , mon laboratoire en somme , du bio , encore du bio .

Voilà , je m'organise , à ma façon , très désorganisée en fait , mais je m'en sors .

A demain , une journée beauté ...

My partner has still crutches !
So we have a rest  ! Poor darling ...

I love creating a spa at home , with effective products . Especially on sunday...

I was lucky to receive the new range  , Elatium ,  based on  plantain leaf ,which is very psoitive for the skin
In winter  , I indulge in soft and refined products  :They are excellent to fight dermatitis , which can happen in winter or stressful period .
 Plantain leaf  reminds me of my trip at  la Réunion .


It is even used in cough or conjonctivitis .
A good range.

Mon chéri a toujours sa fracture ...

Alors repos !

J'aime beaucoup me créer un spa at home , avec de bons produits . Surtout le dimanche ... Très cocon .

J'ai eu la chance de recevoir de bons produits , Elatium , à base de plantain , qui est très positif pour la sensibilité de la peau .
En hiver , je prends des produits doudous : ceux ci sont excellents pour lutter contre l'eczéma .
Le plantain me rappelle mon voyage à la Réunion .
Il est même utilisé contre la toux et les conjonctivites .

Une bonne gamme . Une surprise .

Pure Delight

This has been my dream for a long time ......

A delivery of fresh juices , full of vitamins , to balance my body and ... mind   .


I adored : I received fresh juices in the morning and I had my full of vitamins and nutriments .
I could also indulge in fasting , this is excellent for my health .

In  general , I adopt this diet on sunday ,I stop eating at 4pm and I go to bed early .
I really was on top !

It was a real nice feeling , going on a day work with yummy juices , especially the pink one with beetroot , and I could do all my activities always smiling .

I would like to do it again , it provides some zest to life


A big thanks to  Pure Delight , I am besoming an adept ...

J'en rêvais depuis longtemps ...

Une cure de jus frais , vitaminés , pour remettre à plat mon équilibre et mon métabolisme .
J'ai adoré : je recevais ma cure Pure Delight le matin et en plus d'être délicieux , je faisais le plein de vitamines , de nutriments et cela m'aidait dans mon jeune séquenciel .

En général , j'adopte ce régime le dimanche , j'arrête de manger vers 16h et je me couche tôt .

Forme garantie ! Vraiment .

C'était un sentiment agréable , de partir en rendez vous et de boire toute la journée de bons jus , mention spéciale pour le pink avec de la betterave , un excellent carburant pour le corps .
J'ai perdu trois kilos sans beaucoup d'effort , et surtout je me sentais au top .

Je recommencerais bien ... Cela donne du peps à la vie . Peps delight en fait ...

Mon chéri a une fracture donc repos , si , une visite chez mon beau-père et du sport pour moi .

Pas pour lui !!

Réalité , quand tu nous tiens ...

I adore pampering myself , taking care of myself , it is a full time job !

Yesterday , I had a brilliant day at Lucie Saint Clair : I thought a lot about my mum who had that type of day , so beautiful , she was !

The  salon is large and  chic,with a dedicated staff .

I had a private cabin with 50 minutes of happiness , the pure ravishment .

My hair are very long so I appreciated this haircare devoted to dry hair : everything is set out in front of you .

This is your moment , totally in line with what you expect .

And then…

The shiatsu skull massage which is made for you , with slow pressures , which accelerates the feeling of well-being and slows down the pressure .
Dopamine is on the way !

Then I had a brushing : the staff had a brilliant sense of wit which is an added value .

The Equation is wonderful, isn't it  ?

So wonderful .

La cérémonie Lucie Saint Clair

J’adore me chouchouter, prendre soin de moi, cela devient un job à plein temps !

Hier, j’ai passé une journée incroyable chez Lucie saint clair près d’Iéna.

J’ai beaucoup pensé à ma maman qui adorait ce genre de journée avec soin et mise en beauté.

Telle mère …

Le salon est large et chic, avec un personnel aux petits soins.

J’ai eu droit à une cabine privée où s’est déroulée la cérémonie Shu Uemura .

50 minutes de bonheur …

Avec ce froid, je me suis revigorée. Ouf .

J’ai beaucoup apprécié le soin personnalisé pour cheveux abimés, les miens sont très longs, avec sérum et mixture plantes .

Tout est dosé devant vous.

C’est le soin qui vous correspond, qui est en ligne avec ce que vous attendez.

Et puis …

Le massage shiatsu du crâne, avec de lentes pressions pour faire circuler l’énergie et la dopamine.

Très important ; j’en pratique aussi chez moi dix minutes avant ma douche et là j’étais en plein lâcher prise .

Mon moment, hors du temps .

Puis j’ai été coiffée avec brio , de longues boucles qui tombent dans le dos maintenant , et avec humour s’il vous plait .

Rire et plaisir.

L’équation est bonne, non ?

Tout simplement merveilleuse .
