Ahimsa massage at Ingrid Millet

 I discovered the Ahimsa massage at Ingrid Millet close to concorde , and I was over the moon .

A real ravishment .

Isabelle Trombert has a lot of empathy with aura : it is a subtle mix .
I really clicked with her .

We first discussed which is so constructive : it is an important step .
I really need massages now : my body is not as flexible as it used to be , so I catch it up with my passion of massages .
It is more than a passion , a real need .

She worked subtly on cervicals and the back where I really need it .
I managed to let the steam off . Totally .
And she is laying the stress on breathing .
No breath holding period .

It was a moment of fulfillment , of well-being , and after we discussed again : I did not have the impression that the massage is over and that's it .

Isabelle is a real person , " une vieille âme " as the french say it .

I don't want toxic persons around me . Never .

I think this massage is a positive introduction  in september , and I had a real good time .

J’ai découvert le massage Ahimsa chez Ingrid Millet , 9 rue royale près de concorde , et cela m’ a fait un bien fou .

Isabelle Trombert a une empathie et une aura incroyables . J’ai adoré le personnage .

Nous avons d’abord discuté , ce qui était très constructif .

Son écoute était très instructive et , avant un massage , j’ai trouvé que cela était une bonne introduction .

J’ai besoin de massages en ce moment : mon corps n’est plus aussi souple qu’avant et j’essaie de prévenir plutôt que guérir .

Elle a travaillé sur les cervicales , le dos , les zones très sensibles . Bref , un régal .

Elle s’adapte à vos besoins .

Et elle travaille beaucoup sur la respiration , ce qui est essentiel .

C’était un moment de plénitude  , d’oubli , et cela a décuplé mon énergie .

Tout est bio , évidemment , et à la fin , nous nous sommes mises à rediscuter , je n’ai pas eu le sentiment d’être congédiée comme parfois .

Isabelle est quelqu’un de vrai et …

Passionnée .

Très important . Je ne veux que cela .

Je pense que cela peut être une bonne cure en septembre , pour prendre de bonnes bases .

I am invited this week-end .

By my father-in-law and my best friend . All together .

We anticipate my birthday . In october .

You have to juggle between the birthday of everyone .

So I decided to take with me The new items of Comtesse du Barry , foie gras of course , and terrines topped with cream .
I savoured all this with my colleagues , even caviar  , and we had a crush .
It was a wonderful morning .

The chef was refined and and it induced in me new ideas for christmas .

Mind you , we would like to leave .

A different christmas .
At least .

We are going to lay out all this with crystal plates from Lalique : you have to match the inside and the outside , design of course .

We are made for this .

It is a gloomy weather in Paris , nearly fall ...

Je suis invitée !!

Par mon beau-père et ma meilleure amie , nous fêtons mon anniversaire avant l'heure .

Avec les emplois du temps de chacun , il faut jongler .

J'ai craqué pour les nouveautés Comtesse du Barry que je vais emmener avec moi , , le foie gras bien sûr et les terrines festives .
J'ai dégusté tout cela hier avec les collègues , même du caviar !! , et nous étions conquises .

C'était une jolie matinée . Nous étions réunies autour d'un chef cuisinier , très délicat , et cela m'a donnée des idées pour noël .
Bon , nous voulons partir . Loin ? je ne sais pas .

Un Noël différent . Enfin ?

Avec ma meilleure amie , nous allons disposer nos victuailles dans des assiettes Lalique : j'ai aussi de jolis verres en cristal .
L'intérieur et l'extérieur .

Toujours réunis .

Long and shiny hair .

I have been very satisfied with my collaboration with Studio la Fontaine , in the 16th district , it is a real revival for my hair .

I really appreciate the Tokyo haircare which is a natural booster for my hair .
Nourishing and hot mask , long haircare : well , nothing is missing .
This is a long hair routine .

As I am going too to the swimming pool , I notice that my hair are naturally shining after that .
I am taken into charge .

I have too silver hair slides which I lay out with braids .

I have to be creative .

This is a natural rythm now with this new collaboration ...

I will see you tomorrow with a week-end post , lunch with my family and the family of the dad of my partner , they are divorced .

En présentation presse , je me dois d'être impeccable .

Longs cheveux épais et brillants .

Rien de moins !!

Depuis cet été , la collaboration avec les Studios La Fontaine , 17 rue la fontaine près de la station jasmin , m'a donnée un coup de fouet .
J'aime beaucoup leur soin Tokyo qui est vrai boosteur de cheveux . Une vraie découverte .
Masque profond , mise sous chaleur , soin capillaire , je vois les effets sur le long terme .

Comme je vais aussi un peu à la piscine , je constate que mes cheveux se recoiffent naturellement .

Mes cheveux qui sont très très longs me demandent beaucoup de travail mais là , avec cette collaboration , je suis soulagée .
Je suis bien prise en charge . Il le faut .

J'ai aussi de jolies barrettes pour cheveux en argent et parfois je les place en nattes .

Voilà , un chapitre beauté en rythme de croisière ...

A demain les girls pour l'article week-end , assez chargé , lunch avec ma famille et la famille côté paternel de mon cher et tendre , ils sont divorcés ...

Bon jeudi , les girls , je débriefe les premiers cadeaux de noêl ...

Dream life

 With this weather , I am dreaming of a far country , in the sun of course .

We envision several possibilities for christmas .

But before a lot of work is waiting for me , but it is also exciting .

Fortunately .

I have on thursday a marathon day with press days and in the week-end , a family lunch with mine and also the father of my partner .

Time is flying past , I would love to retain it .
