 I was flattered last wednesday to be invited at the new skincare treatment with Claire Martichoux , in the 7th district .
I already knew her talent , her sense for listening , that is so rare when I am visiting beauty institutes .

But I select them carefully !!

And I am adept at massages from the method from Françoise Morice , a lot of french actresses are indeed too .

During one hour and half , I was at the top , I really did not want to leave .

This global skincare goes from the eyebrows to the cervicals and I just say yes !!

Everything was precise and minute : the deep cleansing , the massage which is making you pulpy , no need for make-up , so you save money and time .

Well , I could say the ingredients have an impact on my mood as well as on my skin .

I was over the top !!

I have an optimist nature but there is no limit to pampering .

Last but not least , here are the tips from Claire :
Drink tons of water , respect your hygiene and health , pamper yourself ...

It is ok for myself , I am in line with these guidelines .

Dear Valentine ...

J'ai été flattée mercredi dernier d' être invitée chez Claire Martichoux dans son nouvel institut , 30 rue de Varenne , dans le 7e .
Je la connaissais déjà , son talent , son écoute , c'est rare dans tous les instituts où je vais!!
Et puis je suis adepte des massages Françoise Morice , ce n'est plus un secret , comme beaucoup de femmes.
Bref , pendant une heure et demi , j'étais au nirvana !! Je ne voulais plus partir , à la fin , avec ma tisane , épanouie et rêveuse après ce soin global qui va des sourcils jusqu' aux cervicales !
Yes !!
Tout était professionnel : le démaquillage , le massage profond qui vous rend toute pulpy , plus besoin de maquillage , donc économie de temps , masque et sérum ...
La beautista que je suis était au summum de sa forme !!
Les gestes sont simples mais précis , et agissent sur la peau autant que sur le moral .
Je suis de nature très optimiste mais là je l'étais encore plus , c'est important  .

Et il faut profiter des conseils de Claire : boire de l'eau , se démaquiller , respecter sa santé et son hygiène de vie , se chouchouter ...

Bon , je suis chouchoutée , pas de risque , mais là j'ai passé un excellent moment , une valeur sûre en somme .

- Go on sundays to brunch , with fresh juices , detox , maybe on Valentine day ?

- I spent a beautiful moment at the press day at Alexandre de paris and Swarovski on thursday : they have created an hair charms which you can wear on your hair or arm .

Polyvalent !!

It is so cunning and I enjoy wearing it when it is windy here in Paris ...

With a bun ?

You all remember my day at Alexandre , the place is historic ...

So I had a very good time with the creation of the hair charms , I chose crystals , and an hairdressing pampering with braids .

I went back home feeling elated .
This collaboration is highly intelligent .


Consequently , I take care of my hair , balms , masks , it is so important and you will attend a nice moment with me concerning hair on thursday .

It is the time !!

Ce que j'aime en ce moment ?

- Bruncher !!
Un point faible chez moi , avec des jus frais , très détox , le week-end de la saint valentin ?

- J'ai passé un bon moment à la journée presse d' Alexandre de Paris et Swarovski jeudi : leur création est à tomber , le hair charms qui se porte dans les cheveux mais aussi en bracelet , multi-fonctions .
Très intelligent et chic  !!
Vous vous souvenez de ma journée chez Alexandre de Paris ?
L'endroit est historique , cela valait le détour!!
J'ai crée un bijou avec des perles en cristaux , et je me suis faite coiffer avec de jolies tresses .
Oui , je sais , je ne m'ennuie pas mais cette journée était sympathique , avec une collaboration forte et crédible .

- Du coup , je m'occupe beaucoup de mes cheveux , crème , baume et un moment à venir jeudi qui risque de vous plaire , les girls ...

Bon lundi , attention , le temps est au vent ...
Je porte les bijoux de cheveux Alexandre de Paris en chignon ...

Design and luxury

 Next month we will celebrate the first year of our new home , well , time is flying past ...
Things are well under way , I am such a perfectionist , and there is a lot to do but globally I am really satisfied .

The living room is such a success , with Madura cushions , and nice rugs , we are totally against the cold , with beautiful curtains as well ...

I enjoy The paul and Joe collection with Madura , I discard the cheap and mediocre for nice and long-term things .

It is really better !!

At the press design days , I had a crush for Original BTC and porcelain items , mugs and lamps : I had wide open eyes .

Our sweet home has a sober aspect but very chic , I swear to you , one day , I will be in the France Cinq programme for design , presenting the changes , I don't know when ...

Next month I will invest in a carpet , anice one but I have to convince Mister , who really thinks I have too much ...

And it is true !!

Le mois prochain , nous célébrerons l' année écoulée depuis  notre déménagement , déjà !!
Les choses ont bien avancé , je suis perfectionniste et il reste à faire mais globalement je suis satisfaite ...
Le salon est vraiment réussi avec des coussins Madura et des jolies couvertures , on est très frileux , de très beaux rideaux également ...
J'apprécie la collection paul and joe chez Madura ; comme pour tout , j'ai opté pour de la qualité sur le long terme et j'ai mis de côté le bas de gamme  et médiocre , c'est comme ça !!
Aux journées décoration , j'ai eu un petit  faible pour Original BTC et leurs items en porcelaine , leurs mugs , lampes , j'étais comme une enfant avec des yeux ronds et admiratifs  .

Du coup , notre sweet home a un côté épuré mais chic , nous avons acheté de beaux tableaux également , un jour , c'est promis , je passerai à la Maison France cinq , j'adore ce programme ...

Le mois prochain , j'aimerais investir dans un tapis , très beau , reste à convaincre Monsieur , qui trouve que j' ai trop d'affaires  ...
C'est vrai !!

Week and Paloma institute

 The week-end started nicely with a tasty asian restaurant and a very radiant skin .
I discovered the Paloma institute close to alma marceau , 17 rue de la trémoille , and I felt totally comfortable .

The beauty institute stands off from the other skincare specialists , ok I enjoy so much massages !!

I just say yes .

The skincare is so exhaustive with a scientific analysis of your skin and the protocol is adjusted consequently .

You create your skincare indeed .

I nearly fell asleep , with all the massages and steps , even on the cervicals .

The cosmetics are Babor and it is really serious .

I was pulpy and radiant on leaving , and I had an eyebrow treatment on top of that .

Really a princess' day !!

And this moment of literature with Anne , the manager , was really dear to me , five years of blog to wait for that !!

Do you remember the book " l'élégance du hérisson " with Paloma , the heroin in the book?

Well , end of the circle .

Le week-end a très bien commencé !!
Un  restaurant asiatique succulent  avec ma famille et une peau au top !!
J'ai découvert l'institut Paloma , 17 rue de la tremoille près d'alma marceau , et je m'y suis sentie comme un poisson dans l'eau !!
L'institut a une patte , un je ne sais quoi de différent , bon dès que l'on me parle de soin pour la peau ...
Je dis oui ! Je suis toujours là ...
En fait , le soin va plus loin avec une analyse au millimètre du grain de votre peau et un protocole sur mesure .
Votre soin en fait .
Je me suis presque endormie sous l'effet des massages , même sur les cervicales , et des cosmétiques Babor .
Je les ai découvert et j'avais le teint unifié et lisse en partant , surtout que j'ai eu droit à une restructuration du sourcil ensuite .
Une journée au paradis .
Et puis j'ai aimé ce moment avec Anne , la gérante , car en cinq ans de blog j'ai pu parlé de  littérature avec elle , vous voyez le livre " L'élégance du hérisson " ?
Et l' héroïne , Paloma ?
La boucle est ainsi faite . Quelle chute !!( j'ai l'art des conclusions )

Routine and Mauritius island

 I just wanted to go back on my trip at Mauritius Island , one of the best of course .
We wanted to stick to our rythm , not to do a lot .

In the morning , we headed to the beach , my partner was windsurfing and I was reading with a cocktail , in that case " the best diet in the world " at leduc publishing house .

I was keen on the best recipes with olive oil , lemon , garlic , really healthy food .

And above all tips to avoid salt , sugar and industrial food .

I was taking notes , I enjoy having a rich library .

Then we went on a stroll and had lunch with the rest of the group , sometimes and also only the two of us .

At the end of the afternoon , because My skin was so dry , I was using Biolane with argan oil .
You all know the benefits of argan oil , so rich and natural for the skin .

I deeply believe in it , natural and healthy products .

I think I had a ton of products on me , so we bought few things , just a painting for the living room .

It was another life , far from the din of the city , news , just focusing on ourselves , our well-being .

It was very positive !!

And I would like to go away , again , in march surely .

Je n'ai pas encore tout dit sur ce merveilleux voyage , un des meilleurs assurément .
Nous voulions être sur notre propre rythme , pas trop en faire .

Le matin , direction la plage !!
Of course !!
Chouchou était sur une planche à voile et moi je lisais , rien de mieux qu'un cocktail et un bon livre , en l'occurrence " Le meilleur régime du monde " aux éditions Leduc .
J'ai adoré le recueil de recettes saines à la fin à base d'huile d'olive , citron , d'ail  bref des super antioxydants .
Et surtout les conseils pour éviter le sel , les produits industriels et le sucre .
Je prenais des notes , je me constitue une bibliothèque très riche .

Nous nous baladions , parfois nous mangions avec le reste du groupe et en fin d'après-midi , je me tartinais d'un produit à base d'huile d'argan , Biolane .
J'avais la peau sèche vers la fin et l'huile est très naturelle .

Je crois que j'avais une tonne de produits avec moi , du coup nous avons acheté peu de choses , un joli tableau pour le salon .

C'était vraiment une autre vie , loin des informations , du bruit ( remarque , je vis dans un endroit super calme ) et j'ai envie  de repartir !!
En mars normalement ...

- I am waking up very early now , I have bags of energy to start off the day , why not ?
I am a fan of Elyctia gel contour , do you remember , girls ?

- I prepare squashed orange juice , well it explains my need for energy ...

They are super comfy and I walk on kilometers with it , I am so glad !!

Il est très efficace et raffermissant , de quoi tenir toute la journée ...J' en ai besoin ...

- Je prends une orange pressée , je vous ai dit , les girls , de l'énergie à revendre ...

- J'adore mes jolies bottes Keen , hautes et agréables , je fais des kilomètres avec , j'ai déjà mentionné ces merveilles dans un article ...

J'ai eu pas mal de  compliments au Dolce chantilly ...

Et mon meilleur ami , qui est-ce ??
Mon agenda , eh oui ...
J'ai une grosse semaine , mais avec des massages , alors on ne se plaint pas ...
