Week

It went off on the right track , really , at Poulet Rouge close to the batignolles ,  a real restaurant where you can have a treat with bio chicken and fresh fries , it all reminded me of my childhood ...

Proust again .

The team was really friendly and I had a blast ...

But I have to get into sport today . I prepare a post on it .

What a week-end , don't you agree ?

Il a bien commencé , hier chez Poulet Rouge tout près des batignolles , du vrai poulet label rouge et des frites qui me rappellent mon enfance , bigre ... Encore une madeleine de Proust .

L'équipe était très sympathique en plus .
Du coup , je me mets au sport aujourd'hui ...

Fashion week

 This week-end , I am busy !!

Oui , cela change ...

Habitat

 It has been a long time I haven't been dealing with the topic ...

I made some new changes , especially a huge cupboard for administration . I try to be organised , I said I try .

At the press presentation of habitat , I was delighted to admire the eco-friendly organisation and staging .
It was in line with my ideas .

We are looking for some new ideas for couch , we have an old one , so ...

I was attentive .

We are on the watch out . Being cosy at home is important .

I love design , new creators , but now I am looking for some minimalism , avoid chaos , just the essential .

Habitat did attract my eye for that , just look at the wonderful photographs ...

Cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais abordé le sujet , j'ai fait des modifications , une armoire par exemple pour trier l'administratif .

J'essaie de m'organiser !! je dis bien j'essaie ...

A la présentation presse habitat , j'ai adoré la mise en scène eco-friendly , avec des pièces épurées .
Nous cherchons un nouveau canapé , donc j'étais attentive .
Certaines pièces vieillissent  , donc nous allons effectuer des changements .

La décoration joue un rôle important dans ma vie mais je ne veux plus de fouillis , juste l'essentiel , et des meubles pour mes nombreux livres !!

 The fashion week is on the way and I am invited , well, I am careful ...

I am careful also with food , we are used to going out a lot , so I avoid throwing away things , it is an holy rule .

I enjoyed also reading " fabriquer ses savons " at Larousse , it is the trend of doing it yourself and as I put away chemical ingredients ...

It is really playful doing and creating your beauty products and larousse alaways makes up beautiful books .


I indulge in some sport , well , I am not sporty , but I can notice the benefits .

They are really positive , I prepare a post on it .

La fashion week commence et j'ai des invitations , mais je suis scrupuleuse , très ...

Les règles de ma vie saine ?

Je recycle les restes , rien de jeté , comme nous mangeons souvent dehors , j'ai tendance à accumuler de la nourriture , mais je suis scrupuleuse également , au pire j'invite des copines ...

J'ai adoré le livre chez Larousse " fabriquer ses savons " , il est beau , clair , lumineux et comme j'évite les produits chimiques ...
C'est la mode du do it yourself , oui , mais c'est ludique en plus .

Il y a de très beaux livres chez larousse , vraiment . J'aime beaucoup .

Je continue à faire du sport mais cela donne lieu à un post détaillé , attention , je ne suis pas devenue sportive mais je constate les bienfaits .

Voilà , bon lundi à vous , il fait meilleur ...

Kayak

 It is not a secret : I love travelling , and this from my childhood ...

I deeply find that it enriches your mind , it opens up your mind and I could not do without it .

It is really a fad .

So when I was invited by Kayak in a restaurant Frenchie , I was delighted .

I spent the evening with cosmopolitan people , discussing , in a very nice and warm atmosphere .

I find it very intelligent to have companies which help you in building up and optimising your travel .
It is even necessary .

I have seen a lot of different countries since my childhood , I don't stop , and on this thursday I had the impression to be with people who share my passion .

It was really friendly .

I don't have a fixed programme this year , it will come , but I really appreciated this evening .

Thanks to Kayak , and you can enjoy different vista from my travels ...

I have many memories ...

Ce n'est pas un secret : j'adore voyager !! Et cela depuis l'enfance ...

Je trouve évidemment que cela ouvre l'esprit , que cela enrichit la façon de penser , et je ne peux m'en passer .

Aussi , jeudi soir , lorsque j'ai été invitée par Kayak dans le restaurant frenchie , j'ai été ravie .
J'ai passé une jolie soirée , dans un cadre cosmopolite , très chouette .

Je trouve l'idée intelligente d'avoir des moteurs de recherche qui essaient de vous aider et optimiser dans votre construction d'un voyage .

J'ai vu beaucoup de contrées depuis mon enfance , je n'arrête pas ! , et ce jeudi , j'avais l'impression d'être avec des gens qui partagent la même passion .

Formidable.

Je n'ai pas encore de programme cette année , cela va venir , mais en tout cas j'ai apprécié cette soirée ...

En plus , je sortais d'un merveilleux massage .

Donc merci à Kayak , on se régale avec des photographies de mes gros voyages ....

When I was invited by Alexandre (0663693303) , I was deeply elated , knowing that massages help to boost your immune system and revitalise your body .

Madame Figaro was also the hint that pushed me to step into his spa .

So I could have an hour of deep massage , so profound , with the possibility to let the steam off and relax my muscles .

I went off to my party whistling and being delighted .

I could not be more .

I indulge in a lot of sports now so this Seitai massage was really an help , I have an article on the topic .

C’est une base de mon hygiène : le massage et j’ai constaté du coup que cela améliorait mon équilibre ainsi que ma résistance physique .

Aussi lorsque j’ai été invitée par Alexandre (0663693303) dans son cabinet de massage Seitai , sur les conseils du Figaro madame , j’étais aux anges . Quoi demander de plus ?

Une heure de massage exhaustif , profond , qui répare les douleurs musculaires , je suis partie à ma soirée en sifflotant !!

J’en avais besoin car je pratique beaucoup de sport en ce moment , je vous prépare un article , donc j’ai pu me délasser . Complétement .

Je suis en forme aujourd’hui , ce massage permet de faire la synthèse entre corps et esprit .
