Week

J'ai envie de me poser , après ce merveilleux week-end pour mon anniversaire .


Et faire du sport , j'ai reçu l' encyclopédie du pilates chez Flammarion , je n'ai pas pu assister à l'inauguration , mais le livre livre les clés des principes que je peux recréer chez moi avec un tapis .


J'aime le concept de bonne intelligence avec son corps et je pratique du pilates de temps en temps .
Je m'y mets ...
Une jolie idée de cadeau de noël .
