Le week-end dernier dans ce domaine incroyable aux airs d' Harry Potter , j'ai repensé aux notes studieuses que j'avais prises au Royal Monceau à la conférence de Veeva .
La qualité et le service sont de plus en plus prisés dans une société qui s'en éloigne parfois .
La robotisation ne doit pas éloigner des valeurs d'échange et de dialogue nécessaires dans une entreprise et c'est ce que j'ai apprécié dans ce domaine , très à l'écoute .
