Bistrot Buci Mazarine

 Just now , I discover spots which are in line with what I like : effortless chic , good and calm .
Which is very important .

I enjoy restaurants where I feel like in a cocoon , which was the case yesterday at Bistrot Buci Mazarine , close to Odéon .

The menu is fresh , varied and ...

Healthy : I had eggs with greens , very well-cooked fish with brocoli . I chose an healthy meal .
And the deserts are colorful and amazing : my partner relished on sweets with fruits , it was a magnificent end .

We took our time , in this new place managed by Alain Dutournier .

And it reminded me of my childhood , I used to go to high school there and I did not supect I would write about eye-catching restaurants .

I was innocent at the time ...

French heat wave , well , this is it .

En ce moment , je découvre des endroits qui me correspondent : chic sans être ostentatoire , bon et reposant .
J'aime les restaurants où nous nous sentons comme dans une bulle , ce qui était le cas hier midi au Bistrot Buci mazarine , 82 rue mazarine près d'odéon .

La carte est fraiche , variée et ...
Saine : j'ai pris des oeufs aux asperges , du poisson bien travaillé avec des brocolis .
Et les desserts sont flamboyants : mon cher et tendre s'est régalé avec une ïle flottante aux multiples couleurs .
Nous avons pris notre temps ,  avec ce nouvel endroit géré d'une main de maître par Alain Dutournier .

Une jolie adresse , conviviale , courez y , je n'ai pas regretté l'invitation .

Et je me suis rappelée mon enfance , j'allais au lycée tout près , je ne me doutais pas à l'époque que je viendrai chroniquer des endroits ...
Qui valent le détour . Sans aucun doute .
