Le Bistrot du Peintre

 With the heat wave attacking France , we have trouble going out every night , but we try .

Yesterday , we were at Bistrot du Peintre , close to Ledru Rollin , a real french spot .
With terraces , summer atmosphere ...

I could eat snails , a real source of proteins and iron , wwhen I was living in London , a lot of people were shocked at my habits .
Well , I am parisian ...

My darling ate a fishburger , a creation by the chef geraldine , a woman !!

That is positive , and the service was flawless .

The invitation reminded me of the calm of the spa in Brittany , that was good , and we had a blast .

Now , I have a rest , it is too hot to work ...

Stifling .

Enjoy your wednesday ...no , thursday , I lost track of time ...

Avec la canicule , difficile de sortir tous les jours mais nous essayons ...

Hier , nous étions au bistrot du peintre , 116 avenue Ledru rollin , dans le 11e , un véritable endroit parisien .
Avec ses terrasses , son atmosphère estivale ... Paris , quoi .

J'ai pu déguster de vrais escargots , fabuleux , lorsque je vivais à Londres , tout le monde s'offusquait de mes habitudes !
Bah , je suis française ... Et c'est une source de fer . De protéines .
Et mon chéri a goûté une création de la chef Géraldine , un fishburger .
Sympathique de voir une chef , enfin , et un service sans faille .

Bref , nous avons retrouvé le calme de la thalassothérapie , dans un vrai bon bistrot .

Une excellente invitation , un grand merci et ...

Repos aujourd'hui , il fait trop chaud pour travailler , non ?
