New Soul Food

 The it-place now , I spotted it out in the Elle of the monday , I am so aware ...

On top of that , I did not yield to the trend of the food truck , which is so widespread in the anglo-saxon countries .

It allows to take benefit of the summer nights , in full sun , being in the outside .

New soul Food ( see the website newsoulfood )  suggests a varied cooking inspired by the west indies and caribbeans ,  I travelled there in 2007 and it reminded me of the special atmosphere with the beaches and well-cooked chicken with rice , vanilla sauce , soft potatoes .

We had a blast really , with a friendly team , excited by her project , I am not surprised by the fact they made themselves notice .

Special mention to the drink with ginger and fruits , it recalls the Reunion island in 2015  , a ravishment .

Une pépite que j'ai repéré dans le Elle du vendredi , le buzz du moment ... je suis aware !!

En plus , je n'avais pas cédé à la tendance du food truck très en vogue dans les pays anglo- saxons , cela permet de profiter des soirées d'été .

New Soul Food ( www.newsoulfood.fr )  propose une cuisine inspirée des Caraïbes et Antilles , nous avons un peu retrouvé l'inspiration de la Réunion , Du poulet cuit à point et de la sauce vanille , du riz ,des épices .

L'équipe est adorable , passionnée par son sujet , pas étonnant qu'ils se fassent remarquer : nous avons mangé au soleil , mention spéciale pour la boisson au gingembre et passion .

Après , nous avons marché dans le quartier de la BNF , pour mes lectrices étrangères , et nous sommes rentrés repus .

J'ai revu mon grand voyage de 2015 , et 2007 dans les Caraïbes , la plage , le soleil ...

Un délice .
